By using the services provided by Module Repair Service P/L the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions.
Unless specified all repairs are covered by a 12 month warranty. This warranty does not cover failure due to incorrect operation, maintenance or installation. Credits for warranty will be raised only after we've inspected the part and determined it is warrantable. Credits for warranty are applied to accounts as soon as possible after receipt and analysis and will always be processed before the end of the month in which they're received.
All repaired goods are shipped in sealed packaging. Breaking the seal or opening the packaging constitutes the part has been used and will be subject to inspection, testing and repair charges if the part is returned. These charges may vary from time to time so please check with us before returning parts. Returns of unused exchange parts are not accepted after 90 days from date of purchase.
Repaired goods that remain uncollected for more than 45 days will be charged to your credit card (card account customers) or disposed of to recover costs (COD customers). A courtesy note will be sent prior to these charges or disposal being carried out. No liability is accepted for goods remaining uncollected unless they have been fully paid for and are waiting collection.
All goods are subject to a minimum testing charge irrespective if testing proves there are no faults evident. Minimum charges depend on the product type and time involved in establishing testing procedures. Due to the intermittent nature of some faults we can only state the operating condition at the time we examine your module. No further guarantee or warranty applies for modules that are only tested.
We're always willing to try to assist our professional trade customers diagnose difficult problems. This assistance is given as supplementary support and general advice only to qualified personnel. Electronic modules should only be fitted by experienced and qualified persons. Incorrect connection or operation could cause damage to property and/or severe personal injury including death. At no time does MODULE REPAIR SERVICE P/L offer any technical advice contrary to what is industry standard practice or the recommendations of the original equipment manufacturer. At no time do we endorse or recommend bypassing any safety systems even for the purpose of testing. If you're unsure of your equipment we highly recommend contacting a suitably qualified trade person to assist. We do not sell electronic components or assist with people wanting to repair their own modules.
